10 Barrel Brewing Co. Eastside Brewery
Summary
Delivered under a design-build model with Apollo Mechanical Contractors and CS Construction, the facility supports large-scale brewing production alongside a public brewpub, restaurant, offices, and event space. ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services for the approximately 70,000-square-foot Brewery in Bend, Oregon.
Mechanical and plumbing systems were designed to interface directly with brewing equipment and production workflows, including utility distribution, ventilation, drainage, domestic water, and waste systems. The project required integration of process-support infrastructure with hospitality systems serving a full commercial kitchen, including coordination of kitchen exhaust, make-up air, grease management interfaces, and high-demand water and waste services.
Working within a contractor-led delivery model under Anheuser-Busch ownership at the time of construction, system layouts were closely aligned with field conditions and constructability requirements. The completed facility delivers coordinated MEP infrastructure capable of supporting both industrial-scale brewing and high-occupancy public functions.
