ColeBreit Engineering provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the two-story, 20,000 SF expansion of Deschutes County’s existing parole and probation facility. The project upgraded and expanded essential county services while maintaining seamless integration with the occupied building.

ColeBreit’s plumbing design included a complete domestic water layout and sizing strategy featuring a recirculated central hot water system, as well as comprehensive gas, waste, and stormwater system design. Mechanical and electrical systems were coordinated to support the facility’s operational requirements, ensuring reliable performance and long-term efficiency.
