ColeBreit Engineering provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for Azimuth 315, a 48,000-square-foot affordable housing development in Bend, Oregon. Developed by Pacific Crest Housing, the project includes 50 residential units designed to balance durability, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
MEP systems were designed to meet energy code requirements while supporting resident comfort and cost-conscious construction. Scope included HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system design, along with energy documentation for lighting and mechanical systems. Coordination during bidding and construction helped align system performance with funding constraints typical of affordable housing developments.
The completed project delivers reliable, maintainable building systems that support long-term housing stability while maintaining lifecycle cost efficiency.
