Developed by Evergreen Housing, Outlook at Pilot Butte includes more than 150,000 square feet across three four-story residential buildings totaling approximately 205 units. ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services for the garden-style multifamily residential community in Bend, Oregon.
Serving as prime M&P engineer, ColeBreit designed systems supporting residential units and shared amenities, coordinating distribution across multiple buildings and integrating utilities with site infrastructure and parking areas. System layouts were planned to balance constructability, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance at scale.
The completed development delivers coordinated mechanical and plumbing systems that support reliable residential living across a multi-building footprint.
