ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for Terava, a six-story, 148,000-square-foot multifamily development located at 515 SW Century Drive in Bend, Oregon. Developed by Urban Asset Advisors and designed by LRS Architects, the project delivered 129 residential units along with structured parking.
Working within a contractor-led delivery model alongside Pence Construction, ColeBreit coordinated mechanical and electrical systems to align with the architectural vision, construction sequencing, and long-term building performance goals. System design supported both residential units and shared amenities typical of mid-rise multifamily housing, with careful planning to maintain efficiency and constructability within the building’s vertical configuration.
Through close collaboration with the project team, ColeBreit delivered integrated MEP systems tailored to the demands of dense urban residential development, supporting both performance and constructability from design through completion.
