The Eddy is a 170,000-square-foot, four-story multifamily development in Bend, Oregon. Developed by Evergreen Housing and designed by Milbrandt Architects, the project includes approximately 181 residential units and shared amenity spaces.
Serving as prime MEP consultant, ColeBreit coordinated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across a large building footprint and varied unit types. Infrastructure was integrated to support occupant comfort, maintainability, and long-term operational efficiency while aligning with architectural layouts and construction sequencing.
The completed project delivers reliable, code-compliant building systems designed to perform consistently within a mid-rise residential environment.
