ColeBreit Engineering provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for The Lodge Apartments, a five-story, 140,923 square-foot multifamily development in Walla Walla, Washington. Developed by Evergreen Housing Development and designed by Milbrandt Architects, the project includes approximately 137 residential units and shared amenity spaces.
MEP systems were designed to support a range of unit types and common areas, with emphasis on coordinated distribution, constructability, and long-term operational efficiency. Integration across multiple floors required careful routing of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure to maintain performance while optimizing building footprint and utility coordination.
The completed development delivers reliable, maintainable building systems suited to urban multifamily housing.
