SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They oversee all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination. The objective of the project manager is to successfully deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations while ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project goals. By effectively managing projects from initiation to completion, the project manager plays a critical role in achieving project success, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving overall team satisfaction.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Review:

Review, analyze, and assess project contracts and support effective contract negotiation and execution.

Utilize the Contract Review Process to ensure contracts are signed by all parties before project work begins.
Manage Project Schedule & Scope:
-
Define project goals, objectives, schedule, scope, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, identify tasks, and develop schedules.

Track project progress against the plan, monitor key performance indicators and report on project status to stakeholders.

Preparation of regular status reports, conduct progress meetings and address any issues or delays.

Ensure all project milestones are on track and met in a timely manner.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.

Assess change requests, evaluate their impact, and implement approved changes while minimizing disruption.

Team Coordination:

Lead, manage, and hold project team accountable for assigned work.

Coordinate project team assignments, tasks and ensure the team has the necessary resources and bandwidth to complete their work.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels with them.

Gather requirements, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.

Act as primary POC to clients.

Develop and manage the project budget.

Track project expenses, monitor costs, and make adjustments as needed.

ï‚·Resource Planning

Ensure that project resources are allocated efficiently.
ï‚·Documentation and Documentation Management

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

Ensures project information is well-documented and easily accessible to the team and stakeholders.
ï‚·Project Closure

Ensure all project deliverables are completed, lessons learned are captured, and necessary project closure activities are conducted, such as handover to Project Lead.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in the office in which they are assigned, Monday-Friday, typically during the hours of 8am-5pm.
TRAVEL
This position typically does not require travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
ï‚·Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and project management training and/or experience, technical school specializing in engineering fields.

Minimum (3) years of experience in project management, preferably in a related field.

Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

Must be organized, flexible, independent, and self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail oriented.

Ability to foster a collaborative work environment and lead team efforts by promoting cooperation, commitment, and accountability in line with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Ability to develop and maintain appropriate relationships with superiors, peers, colleagues, clients, and
vendors. -
Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and business correspondence knowledge.

Ability to think critically and solve problems.
