The Alisal Integrated Health Clinic is a two-story, 19,000-square-foot healthcare facility located in Salinas, California, developed for the County of Monterey Health Department to expand access to comprehensive community-based health services. The facility includes exam and treatment rooms, observation areas, administrative offices, and a multipurpose space designed to support both clinical functions and community engagement.

ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing design for the new facility, developing systems to support a wide range of healthcare services including behavioral health, primary care, and therapy-based treatments. System design was carefully coordinated to meet the specific demands of clinical environments, ensuring comfort, reliability, and code compliance across diverse program spaces.

Mechanical and plumbing infrastructure was designed to support efficient building operations while accommodating specialized medical equipment and varying occupancy needs throughout the facility. Through close coordination with the project team, ColeBreit delivered integrated systems aligned with the functional and performance requirements of a modern community healthcare center.
