ColeBreit provided LEED commissioning services for this 19,000 SF museum in Benton County. The major expansion features 5,000 SF of exhibition galleries, an outdoor courtyard, and education space with the capacity to hold 100 people. It also houses a museum store and spacious lobby as well as a boardroom, docent room and exhibition preparation spaces.

ColeBreit's scope included commissioning of the high-efficiency VRF system, centralized ventilation controls with museum standard temperature and humidity controls, lighting controls, and plumbing systems.
