On-call mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services supported the City of Napa’s Public Works Department Capital Improvement Program, providing responsive expertise across a range of facility improvement projects in Napa, California.

This ongoing partnership involved evaluating existing systems, identifying infrastructure needs, and developing targeted upgrades to improve reliability, safety, and long-term performance across municipal facilities. Work was delivered on an as-needed basis, requiring flexibility and coordination with City stakeholders to address evolving project priorities.
