ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services for Cook Crossing Senior Housing, a 55,000 square-foot affordable senior housing development in Redmond, Oregon. Delivered for Housing Works and constructed by R&H Construction, the project includes approximately 60 residential units designed to support accessibility and long-term resident comfort.
Mechanical and plumbing systems were coordinated to serve residential units and shared common spaces, with attention to reliability and ease of maintenance appropriate for senior living environments. Working within a contractor-led delivery model, system layouts were aligned with constructability and cost parameters consistent with nonprofit housing funding structures.
