Delivered under a design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract with Waterleaf Architecture and Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company, the project modernized an academic and performing arts facility while maintaining cost certainty and constructability.
The scope included comprehensive upgrades to HVAC systems, electrical distribution and lighting, and plumbing infrastructure serving classrooms, rehearsal spaces, theaters, and support areas.
