The South Monterey County JUHSD King City High School CTE Agricultural Sciences Building is a 22,824-square-foot educational facility in San Jose, California, developed to support a wide range of career technical education programs. The building accommodates specialized learning environments for disciplines including agricultural mechanics, science labs, horticulture, and agricultural business, supporting hands-on and classroom-based instruction.

ColeBreit provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services, developing systems to support diverse program spaces ranging from lab environments to large-scale workshop areas. System design was coordinated to address varying ventilation, utility, and occupancy needs associated with technical education facilities, while supporting durability and long-term performance.

Delivered through a design-bid-build process, the project supports the District’s mission to provide modern, flexible learning environments tailored to evolving educational programs.
