Mid Oregon Credit Union’s new three-story mass-timber corporate headquarters and full-service branch is located in Bend’s Old Mill District and was designed to support both corporate operations and member services. The building houses corporate offices alongside a modern retail branch that better serves Central Oregon’s growing membership.

The facility includes a full-service lobby, drive-up teller lanes, and ATM access. ColeBreit provided full MEP design and construction support services. Mechanical design featured VRF systems with individual office zone control paired with 100% dedicated outdoor air systems to promote healthy indoor air quality.

The exposed mass-timber structure required a high level of coordination and intentional system routing. Clean, deliberate MEP integration was emphasized to preserve the architectural vision and highlight the wood structure throughout the building.
