Summary
The Napa Valley Transit Authority New Transit Facility is a 28,000-square-foot, three-building campus designed to support current operations and a future fleet of more than 80 transit vehicles. The project includes an 18,000-square-foot vehicle maintenance facility, a 10,000-square-foot administration and operations building that also serves as a regional meeting hub, and a 1,000-square-foot bus wash. A canopy-mounted photovoltaic array supports NVTA’s goal of achieving 100% net-zero bus emissions by 2040.

VRF systems serve the administration and operations spaces, radiant heating supports the maintenance facility, and integrated heat recovery ventilation, vehicle exhaust, and CO monitoring ensure safe, efficient operation—highlighting ColeBreit’s expertise in sustainable, future-ready transit infrastructure.
