Pacific Power Juniper Ridge Campus (Regional Service Center)
Summary
Pacific Power’s Juniper Ridge Campus is a completed 75,000-square-foot regional service center located on a 17-acre site in Bend. The facility is organized into clearly defined operational zones that support both daily utility operations and long-term service needs.
The campus includes a 20,000-square-foot administration and training wing, a 19,000-square-foot materials warehouse and workshop, a 33,000-square-foot vehicle bay, and a standalone 3,400-square-foot service mechanic’s shop to support fleet maintenance and field operations.
The project targets LEED Gold certification and prioritizes sustainability, resiliency, and occupant comfort. Key strategies include battery storage, solar arrays, high-efficiency LED lighting, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and daylighting throughout the facility.
ColeBreit Engineering provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services, supporting Pacific Power’s commitment to high-performance building systems and durable utility infrastructure.
