Pflücke Restaurant TI

Summary

ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering services for Pflücke, a 2,600-square-foot European-inspired restaurant and bier hall in Bend, Oregon. The tenant improvement required coordination of kitchen ventilation, plumbing infrastructure, and dining space support within an existing building.
MEP systems were designed to serve commercial kitchen operations while maintaining flexibility for potential future tenant transitions. Kitchen exhaust, plumbing distribution, and utility connections were carefully integrated within the building’s constraints to support constructability and code compliance.
Although the space has since transitioned to a successor restaurant concept, the infrastructure was designed to support long-term hospitality use with adaptable mechanical and plumbing systems.
