The Rogue Credit Union Headquarters Complex is a three-story, 117,000-square-foot training and office facility in Medford, Oregon, designed to support employee wellness, training, and daily operations. The building includes a fitness area, yoga studio, locker rooms, training and conference spaces, an auditorium, prep kitchens, and general office areas.

ColeBreit Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, delivering integrated systems to support both office and specialized program spaces. Mechanical design included a VAV HVAC system with rooftop air handling units, while plumbing systems addressed domestic water distribution and kitchen infrastructure. Electrical design included lighting and power systems tailored to flexible training environments and workplace needs.
